All Boston G5 and G3 subwoofers feature our
proprietary Soft Part System or SPS™ . The SPS™
contains the cone, surround, voice coil, and
spider all precision located in the inner
mounting frame. Removing and re-securing the
SPS™ to the subwoofer chassis is easy. The SPS™
is delivered self-aligned , you simply remove
the mounting screws on the subwoofer chassis,
remove the old SPS™, put the new one in place,
and reinstall the screws. Simple and quick to
implement.
